Reviews and verification

Do not take our word for it. Check.

Handing your books to someone you found online is a real risk, and you are right to be careful. Anyone can write a five-star quote on their own website.

So this page does the opposite. It tells you how to verify us on platforms we do not control, what we refuse to publish, and exactly what we will not do. Read it as a checklist you can use on any accounting provider, including us.

Independent platforms

Where our reviews live

Reviews belong somewhere we cannot edit them.

Our public review profiles are being opened now

We are setting up profiles on independent platforms, including Trustpilot and a verified Google Business Profile, and they will be linked here the moment they are live and carry real reviews from real clients.

Until then we are not going to fill this space with quotes you cannot check. No invented testimonials, no stock headshots, no star ratings we assigned ourselves. If you want evidence before that, ask us for client references and we will arrange them with the client's permission.

In the meantime, the strongest verification available is the person doing the work: a full career history on the About page and a LinkedIn profile you can check independently.

Buyer's checklist

How to check out any accounting provider

Six checks that separate a real practice from a convincing website. Use them on us.

  1. 01

Check the person, not just the brand

One named professional leads every engagement, with a public LinkedIn profile and a career history you can verify against the firms named on it. Anonymous accounting providers are the ones to be careful with.

  2. 02

Ask what we will not do

A provider who claims to do everything is telling you something. We do not audit, we do not give legal advice, and we do not sign tax returns ourselves. Those boundaries are written down before you engage.

  3. 03

Ask for a scoped, written proposal

Fixed scope, fixed fee, named deliverables and dates, in writing, before any payment. If a proposal is vague about deliverables, the invoice will be vague about value.

  4. 04

    Start with something small

A single-month cleanup or one close cycle tells you more than any sales call. If the first deliverable is not what we said it would be, you have lost a month, not a year.

  5. 05

Confirm you keep control of your data

Your accounting file stays yours, in your subscription, in your name. We work with accountant-level access you can revoke at any time, and we never need your online banking credentials.

  6. 06

Read the references against your situation

A great reference from a business nothing like yours is weak evidence. Ask for one that matches your industry, your size, and the specific problem you are trying to solve.

Our commitments

What we will not do to win your work

  • No fabricated testimonials, client logos, ratings, award badges or client counts anywhere on this site
  • No claim of vendor certification or software partnership we do not hold
  • No CPA firm, audit, attest or legal advice claims of any kind
  • No review incentives, and no removal requests for honest criticism
  • Scope, fee, deliverables and dates agreed in writing before work starts
  • Your accounting file stays in your name, with access you can revoke

Scope of practice

Stated plainly, before you engage

We provide accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting and CFO advisory support. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audit, review or other attest services, or legal advice.

Where tax preparation or filing is engaged, it is delivered or coordinated with appropriately credentialed U.S. tax professionals on our panel, including CPAs and Enrolled Agents, and the responsible professional is identified based on the scope of the engagement.

Muhammad Arsalan holds the ACCA qualification. That is an international accounting credential, not a U.S. CPA or Enrolled Agent license, and we do not present it as one.
