This website describes accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services for U.S. small businesses. Submitting the enquiry form does not create an engagement or a client relationship.
Scope of services
We are not a CPA firm. We do not provide audit, review or other attest services, or legal advice. Where tax preparation or filing services are engaged, they are delivered or coordinated with appropriately credentialed U.S. tax professionals, including CPAs and Enrolled Agents, and the responsible professional is identified based on the scope of the engagement. We do not guarantee tax outcomes, refunds, or savings. Where work falls outside our scope, we will say so and work alongside your attorney or other advisers.
Engagements
Any work we perform is governed by a written engagement agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities of each party. Nothing on this website amends or replaces that agreement.
